As we near the return of the Lord, we will start seeing what appears to be partial fulfillment or lead up to some of the scenarios related to wrath of the Lord. In this case, men being scorched with great heat is part of Revelation 16 and the 4th angels vial being poured out. Is it this exactly, not sure, regardless, no matter what happens, man blasphemes God.
