Coffee Perk in the morning

I’m up drinking my coffee this morning, as per usual.  No, not Tim Hortons, I don’t like the Tim Hortons coffee grinds as much for home use. Tims coffee tends to be more bland then, say Nabob. So.. Nabob is my choice home brewed coffee.

Wikipedia rocks, I assume you’ve been there at least once or twice as its an oft returned link in Google on… well any subject. Have a look at what insights it has for coffee:

Coffee reduces risk of some cancers, reduces risk of diabetes, acts as a great laxative, provides much needed antioxidents, reduces the risk of Gout (whatever that is 😛 )

There ya go, check it out. I’m sure tea drinkers can exclaim similar health benefits, … but me, not particularly being a tea drinker won’t go there. google it yourself, or wikipedia it. Want to be healthy? An apple a day and more than one coffee a day can help!
