Who has time to pray these days eh? Certainly not me, I have too much to do in this world, no time for the creator of heaven and earth, the one who made me..

Psalm 139:13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb

I can't spare 30 seconds to pray to the one who knows how many hairs are on my head.

Luke 12:7 Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

To busy to acknowledge the the One that gives me air to breathe each second of the day

Genesis 2:7 Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

We 'Christians' are so lame these days, prosperous, no reason to even need God (we think). We make ourselves so busy in the name of 'making the most of our lives'. We get fit, eat right, give the Salvation Army money at Christmas, give to our food bank on special occasions but we have no time to interact with God Himself. That very personal God we asked to come into our lives, we have no time for Him. People to see, things to do, kingdoms to build.whose kingdom right?!

I spent 2 minutes in prayer tonight. And at first you'd think that was boasting until you actually read 2…2 minutes. 120 seconds of time for the big guy upstairs who holds my life in His hand and whose son died on the cross for my sin.

We all have priorities, no doubt. And I need to get mine straight.
